Shipping Rates
We ship within Singapore (all items) & Malaysia (all items expect our bakes) for a flat rate of $5 (Singapore) and $10 (Malaysia) for purchases below $100 (Singapore) & $200 (Malaysia).
Free shipping for purchases of $100 and above to Singapore and $200 and above to Malaysia.
Processing Times
Most orders are processed and shipped within 3 working days. Bake orders are shipped on the day indicated by the customer (at least 3 days from the date of order).
Delivery Standards
The delivery time for shipping within Singapore is 3 days from the day the orders are shipped. Shipping to Malaysia can take about 7 days (or longer during this period). The delivery time is considered from the date your order is shipped and does not include our order processing time.
Delivery times are set by the shipping companies. Our customers generally receive their order within the stated delivery time frame but it is possible that your package may be delayed in transit or during customs processing by your country’s customs department. Although we have no control over these delays we will do everything possible to expedite your delivery.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Depending on the import laws of your country, it is possible that you may be charged customs, duty fees or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, not Hamra SG. If your country has special requirements for the customs processing of your shipment please don’t hesitate to contact us.
COVID-19 Notice
We work hard to maintain stock and restock as quickly as possible. Since COVID-19 is a global pandemic and is affecting countries worldwide, items may be restocked at a slower pace. Please keep in mind stock is limited and we cannot guarantee how long before items are restocked if they happen to sell out.
